New Site

As mentioned on the front page, we've now added online shopping to our business. It's all new to us, so in order to give the quality of service required we'll be starting slowly and adding products and services as and when we feel comfortable with it. Hopefully everything will run smoothly!

Your feedback on the new site(both this one and instockdirect) would be much appreciated and will help us develop effectively as an online retailer. Having said that, the core of our business will remain the same. We will continue to deal exclusively in high end MTB products. This keeps our customer base down to a level where we can get to know all our customers on an individual basis. We also ride what we sell so it therefore makes sense to sell what we want to ride!

Group Buys

Due to recent success with a couple of Group Buys organised by customers we've decided to make this a permanent feature of the new site.

This should prove useful to clubs, forums or any group of riders looking for a bargain.

It can be run in a number of ways to suit the group involved but the easiest way is for me to set up a 'hidden catagory' within the Instockdirect website. Only the group of people involved will be able to access this part of the site via a link supplied by us. This way, all payment comes directly through us which saves the GB organiser having to collect funds from the various individuals.
